Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of SUNDEVS PVT LTD products and services including SunLicense, SunGuard and forthcoming offerings.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all offerings by SUNDEVS PVT LTD ("Sundevs") including software products (SunLicense, SunGuard) and future products (SunLy, SunDrive, SunCore) plus related services, documentation, APIs and integrations.
2. Accounts & Licensing
Licenses are granted per purchase and are non-transferable. Keep credentials confidential. Unauthorized sharing/resale of license keys or access tokens is prohibited. We may suspend compromised or abused keys.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not bypass security or licensing, reverse engineer beyond permitted scope, distribute malware, violate laws, or misrepresent affiliation. Abuse may result in termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All Sundevs code, branding and documentation remain our property. You retain IP in your own projects; you grant a limited right for us to process submitted content to operate services.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices may change; existing subscriptions keep their rate for the current billing period. Taxes and platform fees are your responsibility. Unresolved failed payments may suspend access.
6. Refunds
See Refund Policy. Products: within 7 days if unused / not downloaded. Services: within 7 days if no milestone delivered.
7. Updates & Support
We ship updates for improvements and security. Apply critical updates promptly. Support available primarily via email and Discord; scope varies by product.
8. Third‑Party Services
Integrations (Discord, BuiltByBit, etc.) are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for outages or changes by external providers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use or security risk. You may discontinue use anytime. Surviving sections: IP, disclaimers, limitation, indemnity.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability or fitness. No protection method is absolute.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Sundevs against third‑party claims arising from your breach or misuse.

14. Governing Law
Sri Lankan law governs these Terms. Venue: courts of Colombo.
15. Changes
Material changes will be announced via site or Discord. Continued use = acceptance.
