Products
You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no downloads or license activations from the purchased product have occurred.
Eligibility
- Request made within 7 days of purchase.
- No download recorded and no license/activation used.
- Provide order ID and purchase email.
Once a digital download has occurred or a license has been activated, refunds are not available.
Services
For service subscriptions you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the subscription start.
Eligibility
- Request within 7 days of subscription start.
- No completed milestone or delivered work product.
If work has begun and a milestone delivered, we assess partial resolutions rather than full refunds.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to decline abusive or repeated refund requests. This policy does not limit statutory rights where applicable.
